Finally managed to fix all these nasty baking issues, made it more like a skull than a shield :) Heres the final model:  A quick ZBrush project I did to test some things. Sculpt is more or less finished, currently fighting with XNormal to get a good bake and start texturing.  I don't have much time at the moment to work on my environment, but here's a little update. Changed lighting and modeled a few little new things. To-Do list: - remaking the tents and adding more variations (<- important!) - creating some kind of kitchen, already started with these ham things - creating textures for the ground - Armor/weapons, more banners and flags - basic interior for tents .
